Project Peach is small group training with a focus on strength and compounds. We set up Project Peach as we felt there was a huge gap in the market for female group training that pushes us women to be stronger rather than keep us in our comfort zone.
What can I expect from my session?
A typical Project Peach training session will kick off with group glute activation or a core warm up altogether. In groups of 5 we will start off with your compound lifts (Barbell Squats, Deadlifts, Hip thrusts).
The aim is to improve form and gain strength and confidence in doing these core movements. The second half of your session will revolve around accessory work (Dumbbell and kettlebell exercises such as lunges and deadlift variations).
Your coaches will teach you different variations of roughly 5 exercises which you will work through as a group. It wouldn’t be a Sorella session without a killer finisher… Your session will be rounded off with some high intensity burn outs to make sure you’ve given it everything you’ve got!
