I’m Maya, co-founder and one half of SORELLA. Every day I am thankful to be able to help women fall in love with themselves and discover their true potential. I’ve been a coach for 8 years and my specialities are all focused around female body composition and body transformations, however my favourite part of this job is helping women discover how much training your body can impact your mind! I’m Cara, co-founder and one half of SORELLA. After living in Miami and working in the fitness industry in America I felt there was a huge gap in the market for women in the industry. I decided to specialise in female only training as I could relate to my clients and help them discover themselves just as I did through my own training. Training will always be more to me than a physique, It’s all about doing the inner work and becoming your strongest self mentally AND physically. If I can do it, so can you!
I’m lucky every day to work with and help women who inspire me in more ways than one. Through training I found so much empowerment and learnt so much about myself. It showed me how powerful both my mind and body really were. I’m lucky that my job allows me to help women discover this for themselves. One of the best parts of this job is seeing how training not only brings confidence out in people because of a physical transformation but how it impacts people’s mental ability to push themselves and realise their full potential both inside and outside of the gym. Strength training is my main area of expertise. Going to the gym has helped me not only physically but mentally and I want to encourage women to feel the same benefits. I’ve also been in a position where I felt out of place in exercising so it is important to me that I also help others get out of their comfort zones too. I want to give women the knowledge they need regardless of their goal, to feel happy and confident within their own body.
Fitness has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. It has taught me how to be the strongest version of myself, both mentally and physically. I love the fact that I can share my passion with other women and help with their transition into a happier, healthier lifestyle. I push my clients to their utmost potential (even though they might hate me for it at the time) and provide them with the knowledge and confidence to help them achieve their goals. My aim is for my clients to fall in love with the process just as much as I have and to find themselves training because they WANT to not, not because they ‘need’ to.
